GrabMore Customer Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
These Customer Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and GrabMore USA LLC, doing business as GrabMore ("GrabMore," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to grabmoreusa.com, GrabMore merchant pages, applications, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, purchasing or receiving a Digital Gift Card, clicking an acceptance box, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or make a purchase. A minor may receive or use a Digital Gift Card only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the Platform only for lawful personal, family, or household purposes. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from doing so by law, sanctions, a payment processor, or these Terms.
2. What GrabMore provides
GrabMore provides technology that allows participating businesses (each a "Merchant") to create, market, sell, electronically deliver, administer, and redeem Merchant-specific digital gift cards and related promotions.
A "Digital Gift Card" is a Merchant-specific stored-value card, code, QR code, link, account record, or similar electronic device delivered electronically. GrabMore does not issue a physical plastic card unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
GrabMore may provide hosted Merchant pages, checkout, electronic delivery, balance display, fraud controls, customer communications, support, and redemption tools. GrabMore is not the provider of the Merchant's food, products, or services.
3. The Merchant is the issuer and seller
The Merchant identified on the listing, checkout, receipt, and Digital Gift Card is the issuer, seller, and primary obligor of that Digital Gift Card. The Merchant is responsible for:
- honoring the full available balance;
- providing the goods or services purchased with the card;
- maintaining accurate locations, hours, restrictions, and contact information;
- complying with gift-card, consumer, tax, licensing, and other laws; and
- honoring valid cards even if the Merchant stops using GrabMore.
GrabMore administers the technology and, depending on the payment model, may process or facilitate payment and refunds. GrabMore does not become the provider of the Merchant's underlying goods or services merely because checkout occurs on the Platform.
4. Merchant-specific, closed-loop value
A Digital Gift Card may be used only with the issuing Merchant and participating locations identified in the offer. It may not be used at another unaffiliated business, transferred between Merchant programs, exchanged for another Merchant's card, used for person-to-person payments, or redeemed for cash except where applicable law requires cash redemption.
Digital Gift Cards are not bank accounts, deposit accounts, credit cards, general-purpose prepaid cards, or cryptocurrency. No interest is paid on an unused balance.
5. Purchase terms
Before payment, the checkout will display the issuing Merchant, face value, price paid, participating location or online channel, material restrictions, activation timing, refund terms, and payment path.
You agree to review that information before completing the purchase. You represent that the payment method is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
A discounted Digital Gift Card remains a purchased gift card for its full face value. For example, a Digital Gift Card with a $50 face value purchased for $40 provides $50 of Merchant value, subject only to restrictions clearly disclosed before purchase.
We may reject or cancel an order before issuance for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, listing error, duplicate transaction, processor rejection, legal restriction, or technical failure. If a captured payment is canceled, the amount actually paid will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Activation and electronic delivery
Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address, mobile number, account, or delivery method shown at checkout. You are responsible for entering accurate recipient information.
For fraud prevention, a Digital Gift Card may take up to two hours after purchase to become redeemable unless the checkout states a different period. An activation delay does not reduce the card's value and is not an expiration date.
Contact GrabMore promptly if an expected card is not delivered. Delivery to an incorrect address or number entered by the purchaser may require verification before a replacement is issued.
7. No expiration or post-sale fees on purchased value
Purchased Digital Gift Cards issued through GrabMore do not expire. GrabMore and the Merchant will not impose dormancy fees, inactivity fees, maintenance fees, or other post-sale service fees on purchased Digital Gift Card value.
A separate card or value provided entirely free as a loyalty, award, or promotional benefit may have an expiration date only when permitted by law and clearly disclosed before issuance and on the promotional card. A discount on the purchase price does not by itself make the purchased card an expiring promotional card.
8. Redemption
Present the active Digital Gift Card using the available QR code, code, link, account display, or other approved method. The Merchant may verify the card through GrabMore or an integrated point-of-sale system.
Unless the offer clearly states otherwise:
- partial redemption is permitted;
- the unused balance remains available;
- taxes, tips, delivery fees, or other charges may require another payment method if the card balance is insufficient; and
- the card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
The Merchant may refuse a card that is invalid, already redeemed, reversed, refunded, obtained fraudulently, or presented in violation of the disclosed terms. The Merchant may not add undisclosed restrictions after purchase.
9. Payment processing models
The checkout and receipt identify the payment path used for the purchase.
9.1 Merchant Direct Processing
The Merchant's connected payment processor processes the payment in the Merchant's account and settles proceeds directly to the Merchant under the processor's terms. The Merchant is the merchant of record and controls processor-level refunds and disputes. GrabMore may receive a separate platform fee from the Merchant through application billing, a processor-supported fee, or another authorized billing method.
9.2 GrabMore Managed Collection
The Merchant appoints GrabMore as its limited payment collection agent for the Merchant's Digital Gift Card sale. The applicable processor accepts payment for the benefit of the identified Merchant. The Merchant remains the issuer, seller, payee, and primary obligor for the Digital Gift Card. Processor records and statement descriptors may identify the parties according to the actual processor configuration, but this does not change the Merchant's responsibility to honor the Digital Gift Card.
Your payment obligation for the Digital Gift Card is satisfied when the applicable processor accepts the payment on behalf of the Merchant. The Merchant must honor a valid Digital Gift Card regardless of whether GrabMore has completed payout to the Merchant. GrabMore may administer authorized fees, reserves, refunds, chargebacks, and Merchant payouts under the Merchant Agreement and processor rules.
10. Refunds
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
You may request a voluntary refund within three calendar days after purchase if no portion of the Digital Gift Card has been redeemed. The maximum voluntary refund is the amount actually paid, not the face value.
For Merchant Direct Processing, the Merchant is required by its agreement with GrabMore to process an eligible refund through its connected processor. GrabMore may facilitate the request but does not control the Merchant's processor account.
For GrabMore Managed Collection, GrabMore or its processor may process an eligible refund under the Merchant's authorization.
The three-day limit does not eliminate rights regarding an unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, non-delivery, fraud, or another right that cannot legally be waived. No voluntary refund is available after any portion of the card has been redeemed.
11. Merchant refusal, closure, or service problem
For disputes concerning the quality, safety, price, availability, or delivery of a Merchant's goods or services, contact the Merchant first.
If a Merchant refuses to honor a valid Digital Gift Card, appears permanently closed, or materially changes a restriction after purchase, contact admin@grabmoreusa.com promptly with your order details and evidence of the attempted redemption.
GrabMore may investigate, suspend the Merchant, correct a technical error, facilitate a refund, use an available Merchant reserve or unpaid balance, or offer another reasonable remedy. The Merchant remains responsible for the Digital Gift Card. GrabMore cannot guarantee recovery when the Merchant has closed, lacks funds, or controls the payment processor.
12. Lost, stolen, or compromised cards
Treat a Digital Gift Card and its access code like cash. Do not publicly post or share the QR code, redemption code, or PIN except with the intended recipient or Merchant at redemption.
Report suspected compromise promptly. We may freeze, replace, or reissue an unused balance after reasonable ownership verification. We are not responsible for authorized-looking use occurring before the report, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from GrabMore's failure to use reasonable security or another matter for which liability cannot be excluded.
Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may require identity or transaction verification before restoring access, changing delivery details, replacing a card, or processing a refund.
Closing an account does not cancel a valid outstanding Digital Gift Card. Contact support for an alternate access method before closing an account.
14. Communications
You agree to receive transactional communications relating to purchases, delivery, activation, redemption, security, support, policy changes, and account administration.
Marketing email or text messages are optional and governed by your separate consent and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional communications.
15. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not engage in fraud, resale without authorization, money laundering, card testing, account takeover, automated scraping, security interference, abusive conduct, or unlawful activity.
16. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, databases, and GrabMore branding, is owned by GrabMore or its licensors. GrabMore grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for lawful consumer purposes.
Merchant names, logos, products, and content belong to the applicable Merchant or other rights holder.
17. Third-party services
The Platform may integrate with payment processors, point-of-sale providers, mapping services, analytics tools, communications providers, and other third parties. Their independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
GrabMore is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, security failure, refusal, or decision, but this provision does not eliminate any responsibility GrabMore has under applicable law.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." GrabMore disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
GrabMore does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, availability, or suitability of a Merchant's goods or services or that a Merchant will remain open. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrabMore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from the Platform, a Merchant, or a Digital Gift Card.
GrabMore's aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount actually paid for the affected purchase.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from GrabMore's fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injury claims.
20. Consumer indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify GrabMore and its members, managers, employees, and contractors against third-party claims arising from your fraud, unlawful use, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. You are not required to indemnify GrabMore for GrabMore's own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
21. Suspension and termination
GrabMore may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, payment disputes, abusive conduct, or material violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Suspension or termination does not eliminate rights in a valid Digital Gift Card, although the access or redemption method may change for security, legal, or technical reasons.
22. Informal dispute resolution
Before filing a claim, you and GrabMore agree to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt. Send notice to admin@grabmoreusa.com and the mailing address in Section 27.
This requirement does not prevent an eligible small-claims filing or a request for urgent injunctive relief.
23. Individual arbitration and class-action waiver
This section affects your right to go to court.
Except for an eligible small-claims case or urgent injunctive relief, a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or a Digital Gift Card purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules.
You and GrabMore waive a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative action. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award.
You may opt out by emailing admin@grabmoreusa.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
If a court determines that the class-action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court and not arbitration. If this arbitration section is otherwise unenforceable, Section 24 applies.
24. Governing law and courts
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 23.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the state courts in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, unless applicable consumer law requires a different forum.
25. Changes
The terms displayed and accepted at the time of purchase govern that purchase. We may update these Terms prospectively. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed consent when required.
No update will retroactively reduce a vested Digital Gift Card balance or a right that cannot legally be waived.
26. General terms
These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and GrabMore concerning consumer use of the Platform. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue in effect.
GrabMore's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. GrabMore may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
