GrabMore Merchant Cancellation and Termination Policy

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

This Policy forms part of the Merchant Services Agreement and explains how a Merchant may stop future sales or terminate GrabMore Services.

1. Stopping future sales

Merchant may pause or stop new Digital Gift Card sales through available settings or by contacting admin@grabmoreusa.com.

Stopping new sales does not cancel:

2. Termination notice

Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice. GrabMore may waive or shorten the period when no outstanding Customer or financial obligations exist.

GrabMore may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, security risk, processor action, unlawful activity, failure to honor cards, excessive disputes, insolvency, nonpayment, or material breach.

3. Outstanding Digital Gift Cards

Merchant remains responsible for every valid outstanding Digital Gift Card after suspension, processor disconnection, or termination.

Merchant must maintain a redemption method and customer support until all cards are redeemed, refunded, lawfully transferred to an approved successor, or otherwise resolved.

4. Direct Processor disconnection

Merchant may revoke its connection to the Merchant's own approved payment processor made available through GrabMore. Disconnection may immediately pause new sales, refunds, reporting, or other functions dependent on that connected processor.

Disconnection does not cancel completed transactions, platform fees, processor fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or outstanding Digital Gift Cards.

Merchant must continue to process eligible refunds and honor cards through another lawful method.

5. Managed Collection after termination

GrabMore may retain a reasonable reserve and withhold Managed payouts after termination to cover outstanding cards, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, processor requirements, and other Merchant obligations.

GrabMore will release remaining undisputed amounts after the applicable risk period, subject to processor and banking timelines.

6. Merchant closure or business transfer

Merchant must notify GrabMore before closure, sale, or transfer where reasonably possible.

A successor does not automatically assume outstanding Digital Gift Cards. The assumption must be in writing and approved by GrabMore. Until then, the original Merchant remains responsible.

GrabMore may require a closure plan, customer notice, refunds, reserve, or continued redemption period.

7. Data and records

Merchant may request an export of reasonably available campaign, transaction, balance, and redemption records before termination.

GrabMore may retain records required for outstanding cards, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, processor obligations, security, and legal claims.

8. Customer accounts

A Customer may close an account by contacting GrabMore. Account closure does not cancel valid Digital Gift Cards. GrabMore may require the Customer to save or verify an alternate access method.

9. Effect of termination

Upon termination, Merchant must stop using GrabMore branding, software, confidential information, and integrations except as necessary to honor outstanding cards under an approved transition.

Sections concerning payment, outstanding cards, refunds, disputes, confidentiality, intellectual property, data, indemnification, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive.
