GrabMore Pricing and Payment Model Schedule
Effective Date: July 15, 2026
Managed fee disclosure updated: October 4, 2026
This Schedule forms part of the GrabMore Merchant Services Agreement (General). For a Merchant accepting the standalone Direct Processing Merchant Terms, the fee disclosure shown in the Merchant Dashboard at activation and recorded with Merchant's acceptance governs that integration.
GrabMore's Platform Fee for the selected payment model is displayed in the Merchant Dashboard before Merchant activates that model and is recorded as part of Merchant's acceptance at signup. The current public pricing page may also describe available pricing, but the fee disclosure accepted in the Merchant Dashboard or an accepted order form controls for that Merchant.
1. Merchant Direct Processing fee mechanics
- Merchant connects its own approved payment processor.
- Customer payments are processed in Merchant's processor account.
- The processor settles sale proceeds directly to Merchant.
- Merchant is the merchant of record.
- Merchant pays the processor's payment-processing fees separately unless the accepted dashboard disclosure expressly states otherwise.
- GrabMore does not hold Merchant's Gross Gift Card Sales proceeds.
GrabMore may collect the accepted Platform Fee through:
- a per-transaction application fee;
- processor app-market subscription or metered billing;
- processor revenue share or developer disbursement;
- an authorized card or ACH debit;
- a monthly invoice; or
- another method disclosed and accepted before activation.
Unless the processor collects the fee per transaction or on another displayed schedule, GrabMore may calculate and bill the fee monthly based on processor and GrabMore transaction records.
2. GrabMore Managed Collection fee mechanics
The accepted dashboard disclosure states the Platform Fee, whether standard payment-processing costs are included or charged separately, and the applicable payout schedule.
For GrabMore Managed Collection activations accepting the October 4, 2026 disclosure, the 5% fee per completed sale includes standard card-processing fees. The fee is calculated on the amount actually paid by the Customer, not the Digital Gift Card's face value, and is deducted from eligible Merchant proceeds. Standard card-processing fees are not charged separately in addition to this 5% fee. Eligible proceeds are remitted weekly after verified redemption, subject to the General Agreement.
This inclusion does not waive the additional charges described in Section 4, or refunds, chargebacks, reserves, taxes, and other permitted adjustments. Previously accepted pricing disclosures continue to govern earlier activations unless Merchant accepts an updated disclosure.
Unless another payout period is displayed to and accepted by Merchant, GrabMore will initiate payout of eligible Merchant proceeds within five business days after verified redemption, less refunds, chargebacks, reserves, taxes required to be withheld, and other deductions permitted by the General Agreement.
Merchant appoints GrabMore as its limited payment collection agent as stated in the General Agreement. Merchant remains the issuer, seller, payee, and primary obligor of the Digital Gift Card.
3. Fee calculation basis
Fees are calculated using the basis stated in the accepted dashboard disclosure or order form. Unless that disclosure states otherwise, the calculation is based on the amount actually paid by the Customer, not the Digital Gift Card's face value.
For example, when a Digital Gift Card has a face value of $50 and the Customer pays $40, the Merchant must honor $50 of Digital Gift Card value, while the applicable Platform Fee is calculated using the $40 Customer payment and the fee rate accepted by Merchant.
4. Additional charges
The Platform Fee does not include the following unless the accepted dashboard disclosure expressly states otherwise:
- chargeback and dispute fees;
- card-network fines or assessments;
- fraud losses;
- currency conversion or cross-border charges;
- non-standard or premium payment-method charges;
- expedited payout fees, if offered and selected;
- taxes imposed on GrabMore's services;
- collection costs for overdue amounts; or
- extraordinary processor charges caused by Merchant's activity.
GrabMore will disclose an optional fee before Merchant selects the associated service where reasonably practicable.
5. Refunds, reversals, and adjustments
GrabMore may credit or reverse a previously charged Platform Fee on a fully refunded transaction when the accepted pricing terms provide for that treatment and the relevant processor returns or reverses the corresponding amount.
Processor fees, app-market shares, chargeback fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Partial refunds, reversals, duplicate transactions, reporting differences, and processor corrections may produce a proportional adjustment or an adjustment in a later billing or payout period. GrabMore may correct an obvious calculation or reporting error after providing reasonable transaction detail.
Merchant must notify GrabMore of a disputed billing calculation within 30 days after the applicable statement or dashboard entry. This period does not waive a right that cannot legally be waived.
6. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of sales, use, communications, value-added, or similar taxes imposed on GrabMore's services. Merchant will pay applicable taxes except taxes based on GrabMore's net income. GrabMore may collect, report, or withhold taxes when required by law.
7. Pricing changes
GrabMore may change future pricing on at least 30 days' notice. The notice will identify the effective date and the affected payment model or service. Merchant may stop new sales, disable the affected model, or terminate before the change takes effect.
A pricing change does not apply retroactively to fees already earned and does not cancel completed transactions, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, or outstanding Digital Gift Card obligations. Changes required immediately by law, a card network, or a processor may take effect sooner when permitted, with notice provided as reasonably practicable.
8. Merchant authorization and acceptance record
Before activation, the Merchant Dashboard must display the selected payment model, Platform Fee, calculation basis, billing method, included or excluded processing costs, and any special pricing term.
By affirmatively accepting the disclosure and activating the model, Merchant authorizes GrabMore and the applicable processor to calculate and collect the disclosed fees through the selected billing method. GrabMore will record the accepted fee disclosure, document version, Merchant account, accepting user, date and time, and selected payment model as part of the signup or activation record.
