5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
Participating Merchants
We provide the issuing Merchant with information reasonably needed to issue, deliver, redeem, support, refund, and account for its Digital Gift Cards. A Merchant may act as an independent business for its own customer-service, legal, accounting, and marketing activities.
Payment processors and financial providers
We provide transaction, Merchant, customer, fraud, and refund information needed to process payments, application fees, payouts, reserves, refunds, and disputes. Payment processors independently process payment credentials under their own privacy notices.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, databases, storage, security, monitoring, analytics, communications, customer support, identity verification, fraud prevention, document management, and professional services. They may process information only for the contracted service and subject to appropriate obligations.
Legal, safety, and compliance recipients
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, processor rules, sanctions, tax obligations, or to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or threats.
Business transfers
Information may be disclosed in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
6. No sale of personal information
GrabMore does not sell personal information for money. GrabMore does not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics or security providers may receive limited identifiers to perform measurement, fraud prevention, or service operations for GrabMore. GrabMore will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law if these practices materially change.
7. Cookies and analytics
GrabMore uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login, security, fraud prevention, preferences, checkout, and Platform functionality.
We may also use analytics technologies to understand visits, traffic sources, feature use, errors, and performance. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.
You may control cookies through browser settings and any cookie-preference tool we make available. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, or other features from working.
GrabMore should configure analytics tools without advertising features unless a separate legally compliant notice and choice mechanism is implemented.
8. Merchant processor connections and OAuth
When a Merchant connects the Merchant's own approved payment processor made available through GrabMore, the connected processor displays the requested permissions and asks the Merchant to authorize GrabMore.
GrabMore uses granted access only to provide the integration, which may include reading Merchant identity, locations, orders, payments, refunds, and related records; creating authorized transactions or fees; and maintaining the connection.
A Merchant may disconnect an integration, but GrabMore may retain transaction, consent, audit, refund, dispute, and legal records as permitted or required.
GrabMore does not request or use processor permissions that are not reasonably necessary for the enabled features.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide accounts and outstanding Digital Gift Cards;
- maintain transaction, redemption, refund, payout, tax, and accounting records;
- resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
- prevent fraud and maintain security;
- satisfy processor, legal, and regulatory requirements; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary by information type. We may retain transaction and contract records after account closure. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical and legal limitations.
10. Security
GrabMore uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, the risks, and the size and resources of the business. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, secure credential storage, logging, monitoring, backups, vulnerability management, and incident-response procedures.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information concerning certain personal information.
You may also:
- update account information through available settings;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails;
- withdraw optional marketing consent;
- disconnect a Merchant processor integration;
- request account closure; and

We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Certain information may be retained or excluded when necessary for transactions, outstanding Digital Gift Cards, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legal claims.
Authorized agents may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
12. Children
The Platform is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.
If we learn that we collected such information without legally required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact admin@grabmoreusa.com.
13. International use
GrabMore is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
GrabMore's current commercial launch is intended for the United States. Merchants must not offer a campaign in another country without GrabMore's written approval.
14. Third-party links
The Platform may link to Merchant websites, processor pages, maps, social networks, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are independent. Review their notices before providing information.
