GrabMore Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Digital Gift Cards purchased through the GrabMore Platform. It is incorporated into the Customer Terms of Service and Merchant Services Agreement.

1. Three-day voluntary refund window

The purchaser may request a voluntary refund within three calendar days after purchase if:

The refund amount is limited to the amount actually paid. It is not the Digital Gift Card's face value.

Example: if a $50 Digital Gift Card was purchased for $40, the maximum refund is $40.

2. No voluntary refund after redemption

A voluntary change-of-mind refund is not available after any portion of the Digital Gift Card has been redeemed. A partial redemption makes the purchase ineligible for a voluntary refund.

This does not limit a claim involving fraud, unauthorized use, duplicate charging, a processing error, or another non-waivable legal right.

3. Merchant Direct Processing refunds

When the Merchant's connected processor handled the payment, the Merchant controls the processor account and is responsible for processing an eligible refund. GrabMore may transmit the request, provide transaction records, or use available integration permissions to assist where authorized.

The Merchant Agreement requires the Merchant to follow this policy. GrabMore may suspend a Merchant that fails to process valid refunds, but GrabMore cannot guarantee refund timing or recovery when it does not control the Merchant's processor funds.

4. GrabMore Managed Collection refunds

When the payment was processed through GrabMore Managed Collection, GrabMore or the payment processor may process an eligible refund under the Merchant's authorization.

GrabMore may deduct the refund, related processor reversal, and permitted costs from funds otherwise payable to the Merchant or from an established Merchant reserve.

5. Unauthorized, duplicate, incorrect, or undelivered transactions

Contact admin@grabmoreusa.com promptly if:

These matters are investigated separately from the voluntary three-day policy. We may request a receipt, payment details, screenshots, identity verification, and other relevant information.

6. Merchant refusal or closure

If a Merchant refuses to honor a valid card, first ask the Merchant to correct the issue. If it is not resolved, contact admin@grabmoreusa.com with evidence of the attempted redemption.

GrabMore may investigate, correct a technical problem, facilitate or issue a refund, use an available Merchant reserve or unpaid balance, suspend the Merchant, or provide another reasonable remedy.

The Merchant remains the issuer and primary obligor. A refund or recovery is not guaranteed if the Merchant has closed, is insolvent, has withdrawn funds from its Direct Processor account, or otherwise lacks recoverable funds.

7. Free promotional or bonus cards

A separate card or value provided entirely free as a loyalty, award, or promotional benefit is not refundable and has no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A Digital Gift Card sold at a discount is not treated as a free promotional card. Its purchased face value remains valid and non-expiring.

8. Refund destination and timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless applicable law or the processor requires another method. GrabMore will submit an approved Managed refund promptly. The bank, card issuer, or processor controls when the credit appears.

Direct Processor refund timing is controlled by the Merchant and its processor.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact the Merchant or GrabMore before filing a chargeback so the issue can be investigated. Filing a knowingly false, duplicative, or bad-faith chargeback is prohibited.

GrabMore and the Merchant may provide purchase, delivery, activation, account, communication, and redemption records to the payment processor or card issuer in response to a dispute.

A customer may not receive both a refund and a chargeback credit for the same transaction.
